Those are a series of documents and instruction sheets that I found particularly helpful when dealing with school. Some of the charts and signs I designed myself, so they are a work in progress. My stuff is typically designed with reference to milk, egg, and peanut allergies. Keep in mind that for cheat sheets and charts my instructions were always geared towards my little girl's reactions. Your child may react differently, so some of the instructions might seem unsuitable. I just posted all this information in the hope that someone else might benefit from it too. If you would like to have one of those forms or documents tailored specifically for your child's allergies please email me and I might be able to put something together for you.
